二、申請人資格要求

a. Hong Kong registered company;

b. At least 2 nos. supply and install timber doors or fitting out works contracts of Hong Kong residential development (In progress / completed) (including at least 1 no. residential project for private developer) in the past 5 years.Each project must meet one of the following criteria:
(i) the final account sum or awarded co ntract sum must not be less than $40M, or
(ii) the project must involve at least 800 flats.

c. The asset-to-liability ratio over the past five years should be equal to or greater than 1.

d. The reportable accident rate per 1,000 workers per year in the past 5 years should not exceed 22.
- If this requirement is not met, safety audit reports issued by registered safety auditor or safety review reports issued by safety review officer, in accordance with the F&IU (Safety Management) Regulation, for the previous 5 years must be provided to support the application. Each report must not be rated as "Not satisfactory".

三、資格預審文件的獲取

預審檔案領取截止時間：2025-07-02 11:55:54（北京时間，若有變化另行通知）。

預審檔案在潤匯采（國際版）發佈，不再另行線下提供紙質檔案，凡有意參與者可在本公告期間自行登入平臺查看和下載資審檔案，逾期無法下載。

四、資格預審申請文件的提交

資格預審申請文件提交截止時間：_ 2025-07-02 12:00:00 __（北京時間，若有變化另行通知）。

資格預審申請文件格式和內容：申請人應根據上述資格要求逐項提供證明資料（掃描件），並對提供的證明資料完整性和真實性負責。

資格預審申請文件提交方式：在資格預審申請文件提交截止時間前，通過潤匯采（國際版）提交電子資格預審申請文件，逾期提交將被拒收。若採購人要求線下提供紙質資格預審申請文件的，按相關要求提供。

資格預審審核結果將通過潤匯采（國際版）進行發佈，請關注相關通知，資審通過的供應商請按通知要求進行後續操作。
